Isnt it about time Leona saw some buffs? I mean you can buff her and she still isn't gonna compete with double mage bot lane, so might as well do it. revert her Q. More damage, longer cooldown. Attach a shield to when Zenith Blade connects to a target(Scaled exactly like Jarvans shield).- now she can use shield bash, and doesn't implode if she "goes in".

HAHAHA - No. Leona has be a pretty top tier support for a while now. She doesn't need buffs, as she's sitting slightly about a 50% win rate.
