I'll say this, like many others have.
Mordekaiser cannot be buffed. He will become oppressive beyond what you can even comprehend with any meaningful buff.
If Mordekaiser is even going to be touched, there are only two possible changes: Either a rework of some kind, or something like the preseason buffs that made up for lost runes.
