Some thoughts and suggestions for neo-Cassiopeia

I personally do not dislike the Cassiopeia remake. It is rather satisfying to max out E first (now that it is FAR more consistent) and then just annihilate an enemy who tries to trade with you. That and getting a free 25% CDR for her in mid/late game really makes her a terror.

That said, however, there are some things that I think could use some tweaks/buffs/etc.

Problems

  1. Twin Fang's level 5 mana cost is way too high. 90 mana per shot when you're expected to fire it every half-second into an opponent? OUCH. Even with an AA staff, you can have mana-burnouts fairly often if you're not careful. And you can't take a Grail as Cassiopeia because you'll overload on CDR; wasted stats are considered a taboo on her, after all.
  2. You do not get extra stacks if you poison more than one enemy Champion simultaneously. Riot might have done this intentionally to avoid 5-mid strats, but seriously, Cassiopeia SHOULD be rewarded if she poisons multiple targets at once (it's risky to do that).
  3. While giving Twin Fang a heal definitely has helped her trade capability, I feel it's got an "Irelia syndrome" thing going on: the heal is too damn weak (even if you have >500 AP). This might be because Riot doesn't want each shot to put you too far ahead, but it makes said heal feel... kinda sucky.

Now for some possible fixes.

  1. Twin Fang should restore a much higher amount of mana if you kill an enemy Champion with it. This would compensate for you if you fired off 10 of them in taking someone down, and means Riot doesn't have to lower the mana cost (said high cost might be intended to give her a limiter).
  2. Aspect of the Serpent should give you bonus stacks when you get Champion kills (but not assists). If Cassiopeia gets ahead, she SHOULD be rewarded for it. Give her, say, 5 stacks on Champion kill, regardless of source (low number since she gets a stack for every Twin Fang she shoots into an opponent).
  3. Poisoning multiple enemies at once should give you more stacks per second. It just makes sense.

Any thoughts?
