Party A's opinions If the early-game champion beats the late-game champion in early, that's unacceptable. If the late-game champion beats the early-game champion in late, that's perfectly acceptable.

Disclaimer: For those thinking it's about Lee Sin specifically, it's not. The jungle changes letting him and every other jungler get to level 3 when a laner is still like level 1 is bad design and Riot mentioned they will look at it and make changes needed. It's just a reflection of sorts, on the kind of trends of Gameplay threads I've seen recently.

The thing that get's me is, the two arguments seem to form a pendulum, where the OP pick is on one side or the other. Also cause this also shouldn't be a dichotomy. (Wheres the mid game champs?) Yet I find it difficult to find where that pendulum will swing next, as early game or Late game is practically dictated by the Meta.

What happens if you're me playing an early game champion and lose lane to a late game champion?

It means either a) your opponent really is broken, b) your opponent got help from their Jungler, or c) you botched in Royally.

The fact that hyper carries are designed to spike later in the game means they're ahead when their even. If they get ahead of Even, they are either massively fed, or they really do have a kit wise problem.
