When will ADC's be worth playing again?

I know what you mean. Jinx is, for me, better to play than Twitch. Jinx is able to do more than Twitch.

Twitch is good, if he's fed of course. Other than that, Twitch feels more like Fodder from how weak he is.

They never werent worth playing, and jinx is literally one of the highest WR bot laners.
