Riot CLEARLY shows which champs they want to be played by either overbuffing them or never nerfing them (Graves, Kai'Sa, Lee Sin).
And they show which champs they don't want to be played by constantly nerfing them (Sejuani, Shen).
What is going on? Stop making new champs if you have too many to handle.

Viable for climbing? Hardly or not at all. OP's complaints are justified,this season's meta dictates what you can or can't play the hardest it ever did previously.
