Skarner rework idea

Just my idea for a Skarner rework. I'm not good with numbers and specifics so sorry for that. Not sure where I could post it, so any moderator, feel free to move it where you think it's suitable

Ideally, being a scorpion, I would like for him to have a DoT poison passive. The problem with a DoT passive is that that passive is already taken by Darius, although you could modify it into something similiar yet different. Like, it's not an upfront DoT. Skarner's first attack or ability against an enemy champ inflicts them with poison for X amount of seconds. It doesn't do any damage right away.

The poison lasts for X amount of seconds. If Skarner manages to inflict X amount of stacks on the enemy champ within that time, it will do X damage or it will reduce the damage the target does for the next X seconds after the poison ends. This passive of course has a cooldown. Just like a scorpion. When they sting their prey, the prey doesn't feel the effects of the venom right away. The poison kinda creeps up slowly on the prey.

Specifically what effect, I'm not sure. Either the target takes much more damage, or does less damage, or perhaps take % damage. Maybe someone could give a suggestion? The point is, if you decide to engage Skarner in an extended fight, your odds won't look good. But if you can kite away from him, you're all good. Although this is the base kit. Regarding how it would be affected by runes, that's anyone's guess

As for his Q, probably make it a sheen proc. Make it something akin to Rengar's reworked Q after the assassin update(which has now been reverted). Something simple like a double strike. Like Artanis W from Heroes of the Storm (I play HOTS these days)

The W, while there's nothing inherently wrong with it, it could be made more intuitive. When W is activated, Skarner gains a movement speed boost and attacks and abilities gives him a shield for the amount of damage he inflicts + a % of his max health. Like a Bloodthirster without the lifesteal

The E, I would keep it the same but make the stun duration depend on whether the target is poisoned or not. If target is poisoned, it will last longer. If he stuns a non-poisoned target, the stun will last shorter. This makes it so the Skarner player will have to decide if he wants to first poison the target and then stun them, or if it's more important to get to his target during a gank.

The ult, would keep it the same, but inflict the target with the poison passive

I'd prefer it if Skarner was reworked as a void creature rather than as the last of some weird-ass race of intelligent scorpion beings.
