Are juggernauts truly balanced?

If they are balanced, how exactly?

Because I had Veigar at over 1100 AP last game and the Garen had 345 MR but he resisted my damage easily, now yes Veigar's not balanced either, but the focus here are Juggernauts.

Umm, are you seriously complaining about Garen while playing Veigar?

I don't need to check your stats to know what I'll find... Garen needs buffs or a rework. He's VERY weak, not overpowered even in the slightest.... unless you are bronze level and do not understand positioning/disables.

345 MR should get shredded against +1100 AP, it doesn't make sense how he withstood it easily.

Well its pretty simple, 1 point of mr increases Garen's effective health by 1% so with 3k hp and 345 mr he had 10350 effective health.

That means you have to do that much damage to kill him (plus more since he gets 30% damage reduction on w). So to kill him through w his effective health becomes 14786, your full combo assuming max ult damage does 4590 damage. So to kill him you would need to full combo with max ult damage him about 3.2 times.

This is a rough approximation not counting thunderlords or anything but you get the idea.

Like I said its just a really rough run through so he can see how burst mages lose effectiveness vs mr.

345 MR is a lot, even including Void Staff. Also that Garen W gives him 30% DR when activated

and yes, juggernauts are balanced or weak atm.

345 MR is HUGE, like holy shit, how did he even have that much MR?

I guess the answer is he didn't, you're just lying, and weirdly enough I'm not sure why. Wouldn't him resisting your damage with the 208 he actually had make your point more poignant?

Anyway, burst is blunted by durability. This Garen had a lot of MR, and combined with his W and sterak's gage you might find it hard to burst him.

Also, Veigar isn't even particularly good, though he is extremely strong late game. He should be able to chunk tanks and juggernauts better than other burst mages late game. More to the point, how is Garen getting on you when you're ranged and have your W?

My team kept using me as a meat shield against Garen and the CC on their team, also technically 30% reduction from his W passive makes a grand him nearly (if not) over 300 MR, so....

No, you can't combine them like that, because his 30% DR isn't affected by magic pen.

You realize Garen's W provides 30% damage reduction, right?

He had also purchased Sterak's Gage (which provides a massive shield), reducing your damage even further.

Give that MR to a minion and he'll still resist the damage easily. Garen? he also have that 30% damage reduction...... what do you expect.

Juggernauts? Balanced if not weak.

looks at Darius ult which resets if it kills and inflicts true damage and can see when ult will kill

There's no indicator for when his ult will kill; he can tell when it'll kill by looking at a health bar, but that still requires him to be paying attention.

And he requires a lot more time invested to get his ult off than Veigar does.
