How about giving the FILL extra gold at start of the game??

So an unfair gold advantage to a team if they have one or two fill people, and the other team doesn't? That is a terrible idea. League is supposed to be skill based. Everyone starts at the same level and the same gold amount (which removes the advantage higher level players have in other games). Except for small stat boosts(runes and masteries) which give only a little help, the playing field is even. This allows the actions of the players to decide the game, instead of a level 30 account(with a new player on it) always beating a level 1 account(same deal) purely because the first account has existed longer. Now, level 30 players should be able to beat level 1 players, but that is because while the level 1 player most likely has no idea what their champ does, let alone the enemies, the level 30 player knows(at least slightly) what the new player's champ does, and therefore knows how to counter it.
