I was reading up on the new runes and 3 of them involve "Legend Stacks" which seem pretty interesting considering the stats they give. Looking deeper I noticed you can get Legend Stacks off of base minions.
Is there a way to lose Legend Stacks during the match? Because from the looks of it you can get maximum stacks off of a single wave making this rather unbalanced, especially because one of them can grant you 20% Tenacity at level 1.

So the text says:
Gain 5% tenacity plus an additional 3% for every Legend stack (max 5).
Gain Legend stacks for every 30 points earned: 20 points for champion takedowns 20 points for epic monster takedowns 4 points for large monster kills 1 points for minion kills
So one important thing for this rune is: Points and Legend stacks are different things, "Gain Legend stacks for every 30 points earned" Is very important here. So yes it does stack of base minions but you can not get it in the first wave. You would need to kill 150 minions to get all the Legend stacks.

Bamboo2 votesUnfortuantly LOL scene is infested with frustrated people, most likely with petty lives. And I guess they need to troll ingame or on a forum in order to feel better themselves. Because last thing those people want, is to look into the mirror only to find out how pathetic their live actually is :)
