@RiotRepetoir, Midseason is coming! What are the current plans and how is it coming along?

So in about a month, midseason is gonna come out and we have little to no information what is gonna be changed. All we know for guarantee is that it's gonna be about ADC but exactly what? Many people have had some complaints about ADC's having cheap itemization or that Critical Strike doesn't meet the goal it was suppoused to do (Too good vs squishies) so are you looking to change one of these things? I actually read a post a couple of days ago where someone talked about making Critical Strike do base damage + %bonus health which I thought wasen't a good idea since it would make it good vs tanks while not making it extremely powerful vs squishies.

Anyways, im just curious if there is something you can tell us about the midseason (that we don't know yet) that you can guarantee is gonna ship out.
