@Riot, Questions regarding Azir

So Azir has now been changed (nerfed) and is still being played in Pro-Scene while being a very unattractive pick in Solo Q, I have spent a lot of time on Azirmains subreddit and they all keep saying that his rework failed and that none of his issues were solved. Considering that many who mained him are forced to play a weaker version of his pre-rework state, how are you considering when it comes to resolving his current issues?
