The matchmaking in flex is actually hilariously bad. That's why it's a joke.
Flex Queue is essentially Dynamic Queue from the previous season. It remains just as much of a joke as it was back them.
Solo/Duo Queue is the "standard" queue which was used before Season 6.
Pretty much. Very few people care about their Flex Queue rank. In my main, I was Platinum 1 in both Solo/Duo and Flex when I started the season. But while I'm at Diamond 2 94 LP (got demoted from D1 recently) in Solo/Duo, I've decayed all the way down to Gold 1 in Flex simply because I never play it.
well i use flex to get back into the feel of things after a break or to learn new champs
In soloQ you get raped by retards, in flex Q you get gangraped by retards because most likely they're premade and they decide to put all their efforts into mocking you rather than playing, extremely unrecommended unless you have premade to play with, but then you fall in the former category since i have yet to see in my real games (not pro play streams) a player that knows the game and isn't utterly useless at best.
I honestly forget Flex Queue exists. Even after reminders like this, I guarentee I'll forget about it again within 5 minutes of posting this comment.
The only time's I've played Flex Queue is when some people wanted to play it (which has been maybe like, 3 games all year) and I've practiced a new champion every time.
It is indeed a joke
The immediate difference I found was that both teams warded more
