People tend to see one thing and that's all. They have something in their mind and anything outside of that is you intentionally hurting them, whether it is actually intentional or not.
Had a game where I was playing Bard and my low health Ziggs was caught between the enemy Blitzcrank and an E'ing Zac, so I ulted Ziggs and caught both the enemies in it as well. As the stasis ended, I Q'd and stunned both enemies, but Ziggs hit his Zhonya's. After coming out of Zhonya's, flashing, and dying since he was in the middle of the enemy, he starts flaming about how I got him killed with my ult.
Yeah, I put him in stasis initially to keep him alive, and then I stunned both, which should've been enough time for him to flash away and use his W to get even further away. Or W flash, whichever is quicker.
If I had known he had Zhonya's up, I probably would've let him use his Zhonya's for the Zac E and then ulted when it was about to end so that he he would come out of Zhonya's while they are in stasis and then stunned with my Q, which probably would've saved Zigg's life and his flash.
Again though, I had a plan and he had a different plan. The fact that they were different didn't mean that I was intentionally trolling him, despite him believing that.
