This is the niche of Annie... Morde can't proc his third Q now vs anyone who knows his kit. If you are hitting a stunned target, there are probably better champions that can do this job better and safer than Morde.

It would be nice but mordekaiser having mobility can be dangerous. So keeping it low and then moving from there is smart.
