So throughout my league career I have run into AD mids. Now this is not a bad thing. But I wonder where the ap is supposed to then come from? The sup? Possibly but not till late game. The jg? Possibly like diana but I find ap jgs lacking. Top lane? Again possibly but I believe tanks should be top. So when you have an AD mid where do you find your ap?

) or a scaling support(
). If they don't get AP on a team, then the enemy team can stack armor and easily win the game.
Very Hard Engage1 votesits the exact reason why i rarely auto lock in an ad mid laner right off the bat, i know my team is picking a traditional adc in 100% of my matches, i dont want to get counterpicked into say a rammus on the opposing team. nothing scarier then a full armor rammus against a full ad team.
however i also think that an adc like corki or ez in the mid lane can be super valuble to poke and deny the enemy mid laner out of existance and make a the game a 5v4.
which is why its best to reserve your mid lane pick to the last pick, not the support.
ccseancc1431 votesMy last 5 ranked games have been with and AD mid we still manage to crush and win. I actually only play AD mid in ranked and I have a positive win ratio. AD min is the op mid.
