What're your thoughts on Jinx, Ashe and Sivir's winrates?

According to op.gg, they're 53.9%, 52.3% and 53.7% respectively. Some of my friends argue that this is too OP, and they deserve nerfs, but I think otherwise, and would like to learn them. Do you guys think Riot is going to nerf them any time soon, or that they deserve nerfs?

I think Jinx Ashe Sivir being meta is generally healthier for the game than certain other common marksmen picks, Lucian Draven Vayne Kaisa MissFortune, so I am hesitant to suggest nerfing them directly. You have to consider who would rise to top tier in their place if they were nerfed. Marksmen as a class might be over-buffed right now.

I'd say nerf item 3031 a little bit, but leave defensive marksmen items strong item 3046 item 3026 item 3080 so that their survivability isn't hurt. Riot could nerf item 3031 a lot and it would still remain viable if not core on many marksmen. It's a good place to take oppressive strength out of the class while encouraging marksman build diversity.

Agreed, mostly because it nerfs Yasuo indirectly too :P

Though I think Sivir is also a terribly unhealthy champion with the new PD, the others are great.

Having a meta with Jinx/Ashe/Draven/Jhin or something would be lovely. ADCs would have fair counterplay for once, and not stealth every single second! That'd be the day.

I think the healthiest marksmen meta trio would be Ashe Jinx Varus. I consider these three to also be the most archetypal of what a marksman is as a class (though I wish the others actually deviated further from the standard archetype for the sake of variety).

Draven 's kit has counterplay in certain regards, but then he is so snowbally on the other hand. If he gets lucky enough to snowball hard early on, then his inherent counterplay is wiped away by the difficulty in punishing/outplaying a snowballed champion (not much room for counterplay once they 2-shot you and stat-check you in every trade). Outplaying a hard-snowballing champion requires a combination of them hard-misplaying combined with help from your team to shut them down. If Draven didn't have hyper-snowballing as part of his design, then he would feel more fair since his axe mechanic does naturally have counterplay.

I don't think Jhin has been a good example of a healthy champion for most of his life. At his core, he might have a healthy design, but he's like Ezreal in that he is frequently warped by strange item interactions. I think he has been very unhealthy whenever he's had itemization that lets him turn into "the fast" or when he was gaining 1000+ AD with Rageblade for another example. I used to think Jhin was a fair and healthy champion, but my opinion of him has changed over his existence. He might be fine right now, but I am now wary of him.

No, they wont nerf the core items of already weak adcs such as Tristana because other are strong with it

LTK KoRo2 votes

she's not weak, maybe compared to sivir or jinx she's. But compared to non-adc she's fucking decent

I'm happy honestly. Would be nice to see other adcs than Lucian and Vayne.

Edit: OP you have a typo in there, i think you meant deserve nerfs not ganks.

I’ll take some Ashe buffs any day, but I don’t think she’s OP. When marksmen have power (reverted IE), it should be expected that their winrates will increase cuz more damage in their inventories. Ashe for one hasn’t received noticeably direct buffs in I dunno how long. December?

Sivir already got a W bugfix nerf (deserved)

From OPGG: http://www.op.gg/champion/statistics

Ashe 52.14% winrate 6.01% pickrate

Jinx 51.61% winrate 7.65% pickrate

Sivir 52.57% winrate 19.85% pickrate

Now, why are you not complaining about Vayne and Lucian ? On the same OPGG they have

Lucian 52.47% winrate 23.47% pickrate

Vayne 52.07% winrate 22.47% pickrate

So Vayne has almost the same winrate AND more than x3 pickrate than Ashe

Sorry >-< I was kinda tired and I guess I only saw those three. I'm not complaining about their winrates, just asking to see if you guys think they'll be hit with a hard nerf any time soon, or/and if they're worth learning.

Oh no, none of this adcs will be nerfed in months and months, otherwise I would be really surprised.

Ashe imo is the best adc to learn how to play adc but to master her she's lackluster on soloQ due to her kit being more utility focused than other adcs.

Jinx is probably the best soloQ adc and I recommend you to play her, she's also really fun imo.

Sivir is usually seen as a boring adc but I love her, she's my most played adc this season.

Sivir is essentially strong because supports are still extremely strong and dictate botlane. With her spellshield and W she can play safe. There is no other ADC that really counters aggressive supports like Lux, Brand, Thresh, Pyke, etc. Not that Sivir completely "counters" them but she relieves a lot of the pressure.

they're op and crit deserves nerfs again

I don't think the items are the problem because of how cait is doing. I think is in her sweet spot right now of not too weak nor over powered. The champions themselves need to be turned down a little.

Ashe is definitely fine, the other two are a little high but I'd like to see another patch hit before riot thinks about doing anything. Yeah their popularity is a little high, but on the other hand they've got no significant ban rate meaning no one minds playing against them.

Pandemic Punch1 votes

I would be fine with it if it is mainly due to enchanters. If they can perform that well with wonky supports, then they could be over tuned.

jinx gonna be alright in solo q

ashe and sivir are good picks too

are they op? fuk no
