What to Keep: This a hard champion to judge as his main position has moved to Mid lane so he is probably not considered a Bot lane carry anymore. If, however, we chose to bring him back down to the Bot lane I would keep the hybrid part of his P-Hextech Munitions to keep him as a hybrid carry. I would also keep W-Valkyrie and E-Gatling Gun as his form of escape and shredding abilities.

What to Change: P-The Package would change by being able to "launch" the package as opposed to Corki himself flying it. While it would look really alike Rumble's ultimate, I think it would make more sense his type of Long Range Marksman is probably not comfortable being in the heat of things. Q-Phosphorus Bomb is slow, underwhelming, and really lackluster. I would change by taking either one of these routes or a combination of the twos: increasing damage and making it so leaves a burn to enemies hit OR increasing missile speed, keep damage, but it leaves a trail of burning phosphorus. R-Missile Barrage: while I do like the cartridge effect in the bombs, they still feel like a waste of mana sometimes. I would propose to have the Active it has right now as a Passive for his R, where every four auto attacks he gets access to an Activate which would be the "Red Bomb" doing more damage and having more AoE than it has right now. I think it would be good to have his R linked to his autos instead of just spamming it to get the Red bombs while also bring him back to an auto based champion rather his Poke Mage profile.
