Different types of reworks

With the reveal of the new rework for Kayle and Morgana, I wanted to put my thoughts out there about the different types of reworks and which champions need which type of change. While I do not have suggestions to actual new or reworked abilities, I do want to discuss three different types of rework: Full VGU(Kayle), Visual Rework(Morgana), and Ability Touch-up(Xin Zhao). I will go over them alphabetically:

Full VGUs: full rework which changes the looks, identity, and playstyle of the champion. These champs desperately need to come out of their old shell and while they still have viability, I do not think they could stack to the standards at where champions are. Amumu, Hecarim, Malphite, Mordekaiser(already announced), Nidalee, Nocturne, Pantheon, Quinn, Rammus, Tryndamere, Twisted Fate, Udyr, and Volibear(half-announced).

Visual Rework: this would basically be a rework with the main point being bringing the aesthetics standards to the level we are used to. These champs do not necessarily need a change in the abilities but a new look would be welcomed. While I love that Riot is changing the looks for some champs, I think the actual model also needs the make-up. Anivia, Brand, Corki, Mundo, Draven, Jax, Leona, Nasus, Skarner, Olaf, Teemo, Trundle, and Xerath.

Ability Touch-up: the last type of rework would be a change to one or more abilities that could bring some life to the champ while adding a new flare. We have seen cases like Rek'sai and Xin Zhao. For these I will give the abilities that to me give the most problem them. Annie (W), Ashe (E), Elise (Q), Fiddlesticks (Passive or W), Kog'Maw (Passive), and Orianna (Passive).

Ok, so that is my wishlist for the changes. While the Ability Touch-ups seem to become more normalized, I hope some of these are next in lane. Pure visual reworks are something I think some of the champs reallly need but I do not see as becoming standard. Finally, Full VGUs really need to happen to all these mentioned with some of them like TF and Quinn being so lost in their identity that they are "sub-champs" are this point. That's it for me, let me know your comments below.

I agree with most of these, I've even posted some ideas on reworks for Nocturne, Pantheon, and Malphite. I even think the primary focus of Riot at the moment should be reworking champions, instead of releasing new ones, since so many are archaic like the ones you mentioned for a full VGU to the point where they can be very one dimensional and unfun. I hope this gets seen by more people as I think releasing new champions is cool and all, but if there is a problem with champions in the game currently it should be fixed.
