Getting autofilled ADC feels actually horrible.

Support, I always understood. It made sense for everyone to learn how to play at least a support champ or two, but playing adc is so much different and I have actually no desire to do it not to mention its a pretty important role that makes or breaks a team fight late game.

So I either need to 1. dodge 2. beg for a swap 3. possibly get flamed hard for not doing great despite not having any interest in this role at all and not wanting to even play it.

people buy into the propaganda of adc's being weak so allegedly you can get filled there sometimes. though that likely coincides with imaqtpie streaming.

I avoid bot lane like the plague but ADC is much harder. That's not even factoring in the entire enemy team constantly flashes on you to instakill you even when you're 0/5 for some reason

The role is pretty unpopular now so getting autofilled into it seems common. I've actually switched to Mid/Top just to find myself getting autofilled back to ADC every 5 or 6 games.

I never really got these threads, why don't people just take the time to learn the roles they often get autofilled for? I'm not saying that you should completely change your mains just for adc, but at least try to learn adc even though you don't really have a desire to play it. Would it really hurt to pick up ezeral or someone who's easy and safe and learn a little bit on how to position yourself and such? You could probably learn a thing or two when you practice on it and you're not hurting anyone if you just go to normals or just watch a video or something about the role. You just have to get to know it til you feel like you're confident in it so if you ever get autofilled and no one wants to take the role and you don't have anymore dodges, you some what have some experience and can pull your self up. A majority of people feel the same about certain roles but if worse comes to worse it's just best to do it yourself and fix it.

you do not get assigned adc, you get the role bot. pick any champion and go bot lane with it [vlad-salute]

Cs, if you can't be right clicking your enemy. Don't feed, and use your blue ward once in a while. It's a much less complicated role than the others. It's a mechanical role, if your mechanics are strong, you'll be great.

idk, by what i've heard around the boards, all you do is right click and the enemy is deleted in 2 seconds, be it a tank or an assassin.
