kog/vayne/wukong(cleaver)/garen(cleaver) would be good choices. trundle is a unique example who just goes "tyvm" but doesn't really offer much in the 1v1 against the tank. brand can be great in longer fights with his passive going.
but anyone reserves the right to build sorc boots/liandry/voidstaff/pot or bork/youmu/lw/cleaver/manamune
i was viktor with only 5? mpen runes, and let me just say, i built sorc boots, liandry, and void staff to deal with their nasus who had roughly 4k health and spirit visage/banshees/merc treds, and i was still doing quite a bit of damage to him.
