item 3147 might still be a good item on her despite the ap scaling.

squishies dont tend to build a lot of armor anyways, and it still adds quite some burst.

She applies 2 on-hits on her E in her current state. Surprised people didn't realize you could have more fun with that.

(For me it was always Wit's End in a weird tanky build. Fun to watch her shield go up and mow down on enemies.)

I honestly never realized all of Eves damage is on her E, for both builds. I always thought it was Q. I tried her out again just the other day and realized "Oh, so this is how you play her. That's pretty fun." And now feel dumb as this is the third champion I'm just now realizing how to play right before their rework. The past two were Yorick and Urgot.

Edit: Wrote Warwick instead of Urgot.

I think Q used to do its damage when you got item 3151 item 3116 (prenerf) and just ran around the edge of a fight spamming it.

In some cases merely triggering on hits well enough is all you need for AD, or hybrid ad, a lot depends on the new rune system but i suspect ap wont be the only option eventually.
