Although I know Kat is hated by many, she did needs some form of buffs, especially after the huge E nerf and health nerf. I think the Q buff will do her justice.

I like this. It's going to feel like having some of her old self put back in her current self, since you could W+Q for full dmg BB. Her poke game was seriously diminished when they took that away.

370% bonus AD scaling on her ult and 60% bonus AD scaling on her W. You can't really say the AD is wasted, but anyway the items is broken for it's passive, and Katarina can make great use of it.

Yeah, but that means you have to wait for the passive to proc to actually kill them, and by then they'll already be dead. Waste of an item slot imo

You don't "wait" anything, it's pretty quick. Many times katarina struggles because she needs that little bit of damage to get her resets, I believe this item could work wonders since she doesn't usually waste autoattacks and can calculate when she needs it or not
