RenownedWheat422 votesIt is the point. Tenacity reduced by 30% means you maybe spent just over 2 sec stunned. You're doubling that and vastly exaggerating, which literally does not help your case.
If tenacity is doing its job and you die anyway, that's not tenacity's fault.

Well they just need to stun you for one second to catch up in distance and deal damage.
