Because players with brain buys Oracle Lens, something what you wouldn't expect in elo hell. For the very same reason neither Shaco or Akali is viable in pro or high ranked games.

And that why people cry about them and there no counter picks, yet their counterpick is team work, warding and vision just like how you deal with nasus, yorick ,etc

Champs good in solo queue ≠ Champs good in pro play Just like some champs the are great in pro play aren't as good in solo queue, like Ryze.

Because MonkeyKing excels at deletting one target and can be easily destroyed if your team work is on point. Same as MasterYi Yasuo aren't played in pro-play but are really good in solo Q. The game would revolve around them, but a good comp not allowing him to do shit would be an insta-loss for the team playing him
