Seems like Zeke's Convergence is a late game item

I've been getting it usually as a 3rd item and I'm barely seeing any results aside from CDR and some more resistances. I haven't gotten to play any games where I get to use the item effectively late game.

The aoe is not even half of the size I expected. I mean you have to use yer ult to activate this... Theres too much you have to do to get this thing doing it's thing.
