Holy shit. Pings are the most infuriating thing on this game

I can't stand constant ping spam from 20 seconds to the end of a 30 minute game

Can we just mute these things?

EDIT: Imo, pings just cause more toxicity than chat.

Yeah, you're right. It's a lot more toxic when someone puts a little "?" on my screen than when someone tells me to go "suck-start a shot gun you worthless piece of garbage" in chat.

But sure, mute pings. Absolutely, they're so harmful.

Nope! Pings are a super important part of communication and losing the ability to see the Yasuo ping 30,000 times after he runs in 1v5 and dies will mean that you obviously will lose since you can't see those pings anymore. Obviously, everyone will mute everyone's pings all game without any provokation, and people will play 1v9 all game.

..This is what the arguments against being able to mute pings sounds like. Let us mute the obnoxious 12 year old Yasuo players who think its really funny to "?" "?" "?" "?" every single time somebody dies.

It's seriously one of the most tilting things in this game, and I have had ping volume muted for 2 seasons running now because of how tilting that fucking "?" is after your idiot teammate tries to force a gank that you tell him not to do, and dies.
