Lulu's Polymorph doesn't stop Rammus' Q, but apparently it stops Sion's ult

There is no reason for it to stop Rammus' Q It doesn't stop Garen E either

Sounds like a bug to me, unless there's a charge up time on sion's ult and she polymorphs that? He should be immune to cc during his charge.
It didn't stop Sion ult. He just hit the turret in that clip ( i think )
