Kai'sa needs hard-nerfs

Come on. This champion is busted.

Stealth, burst, DPS, shield, mobility, range, hybrid damage (might as well deal true damage tbh) and the list goes on. Can you nerf this garbage champion before I go insane? 36% pick rate on a champion is RIDICULOUS. She also has a pretty high ban rate at 23% which would be 100% if shit like didn't exist. Kai'sa is broken overpowered - why are there no nerfs on PBE?
