The nerfs to Ashe, Sivir, and Jhin were based on the logic that utility adcs shouldn't have such high burst or sustained damage. Kalista has been nerfed due to kit issues, where she may have to wait for a rework to fix. If she gets a rework, what should her kit revolve around? Utility? Mobility?

Fondling Gems2 votesHer identity is in conflict because on one hand people want to play a high mobility adc, which she was tuned towards. On the other hand her kit was created to play around her bonded partner. Personally I like both but there isn't really a way to balance her around both.

raee1 votesShe's not really good in this meta right now, but she'd be a mobile ADC because of her passive. Last season she was a pretty good teamfighter, but I wouldn't recommend playing her if you don't use voice calls or if you're not familiar with your team.
