Oh hey! Riot took my suggestion! (Or not idk)

A while back i wrote a boards post about wanting another champion with % hp true damage, considering Vayne was the only one who had it at the time. The posts got tons of downvotes last i saw it, but it seems riot may have peeped the post. Then again, it could've just been their own idea idk Thanks anyway riot! (I am of course referring to fioras new passive :3)
