Under world TF Hidden Power

As in literally hidden power. It is very hard to see his cards from Q, and the hit box on them is much larger than the cards them selves. It is especially hard to see them on the Howling Abyss.

Can we get this changed a little? skins shouldn't give you more power, and this skin certainly does, as it makes it very hard to see the cards from Q. Thus making it harder to dodge, and increasing the difficulty of playing against TF just by him having a skin.

Light effects are really hard to see on Howling Abyss, not so much of a problem on Summoner's Rift.

They aren't hard to see, nor is playing against TF in the current meta even the slightest bit difficult.. Also Frostfire annie shares the same "hidden" power. It's supposedly hard to see her stun thingy circle around her with the molten shield up. I haven't had an issue with either char

Frostfire annie no longer has the hidden power, they made it much more visible when they updater her visually a while back.

Masked Shaco.

Please.

Giant column of puffy smoke vs. lightly shaded dust. With Deceive's intended counterplay being that the animation can be seen, masked shaco has an inherent advantage over classic shaco.

Also is it a good time to bring up that taking certain skins against Sunlight champions give you an extra mastery point in Block?

I did not know about masked shaco. Or haven't noticed it. But yes it should be made to be just as visible as the original skin.

As far as the getting an extra mastery point in block vs sunlight champs, all I know of is the commando skin line (or any one with sunglasses) recieves 1 less damage from light attacks. This is a hidden easter egg, but it is not as game breaking as TFs cards or shacos puff of smoke. And I believe Riot should make them much more visible than they currently are.
