Poorly conceived quest - There is no way to find and group up with low level players.

We shouldn't have to spam the boards to try to find someone who wants to partner for the quest. If you are that serious about people buddying up with low level players you need in-game tools to enable that to happen. And you should support is more strongly with things like honor progress rewards for teaming against bots with low level players in your party.

Riot wants you to bring in your friends. They know that players are dropping the game.

I just pretend like the quest doesn't exist because functionally it doesn't.

That's obviously not the intention of the quest ... you have to actually play with a friend who only recently started playing League.
