personally I think dying is a lot more punishing now. now your opponent could be potentially getting a 1-2 level lead on you with the new presence of mind, and since ignite got buffed, and conqueror exists, id say asshats like riven could get away with ignite top to abuse her midgame to the max.

I like that one of the problems with killing the same guy over and over and over that change to Presence of Mind giving XP seems like there's even more incentive right now to just slaughter the most behind person or support over and over and over. I suppose they did recently do some QOL changes for support, so time to balance it out. ;)

imo it kinda pushes towards who gets first blood now. base gold from kill + FB bonus + uncontested solo gold and exp + the extra exp you just got from the kill.

then because its in the precision tree, I can see fiora, illaoi, ezreal, and GP becoming a huge problem if they take klepto primary.
