Nasus passive.
Could you just change his passive to something not broken as hell? You're supposed to push him out of lane but if you're a tank he will ignore you and just lifesteal. Just change the passive.. seriously. 10-20% lifesteal is op.

What do you suggest?
So what you're saying is that if you're a character that can't bully or even fight him, it's surprising that he just ignores and out sustains you? Seems legit.
You know whats funny? Nasus can just ignore/ kill a Teemo with
lel
A well played Teemo will deny Nasus early on. If Nasus gets a bit to farm up, he can contend with Teemo unless he got massively fed. I find that an on-hit / splitpush Teemo works better against Nasus for kitability than pure AP.
Pfft teemo is shit vs nasus
As a Nasus main throughout seasons 4-5, while I could sustain up quite a bit, going up against any champion that could do high burst damage against him on a consistent basis, which generally consists of the fighter subcategory, would push Nasus out of lane. If by tank, you're trying to say that a Malphite should be able to push Nasus out of lane without building AP, or early game Singed do similar, or the like in general, that is what is absurd. Nasus's passive is about the only thing that keeps him in lane early because he's supposed to focus on stacking, not on the opponent. Many top lane characters have certain amounts of sustain just by auto attacking, notable examples are Irelia, Olaf, Aatrox, Fiora, and Tryndamere (although his is a bit more estranged). Overall, his passive is actually pretty decently balanced, giving him enough sustain to be able to stay in lane during favorable matchups, while not enough to out sustain unfavorable matchups (Darius is the bane of my existence). As another poster said, I'm interested to hear what you think an acceptable passive would be to replace it, keeping into consideration his huge early game weaknesses against many top laners.
The problem is people have forgotten how to fight Nasus. People used to zone him off of minions, and now they give him a constant flow of minions by pushing to his tower.
You mean the champion that no one plays anymore because games are over at 20 minutes?
