His mana is currently 250.56 (+42) (965 at level 18) which is really low, I think he should get higher mana early but his mana per level is down and evening out at level 18. So his new mana would be 351.3 (+36.1) (965 at level 18) It would help his mana issues early game and let him use his Q and W more earlier into the game.

Uwhtazn1 votesThat is not happening. What you are doing is buffing his wave clear, give him more chances to spam q,w or e or his ult. He is suppose to be an auto attacking champion rather than casting. Teamfights, when he gets kills, not only will his ult duration refreshes, you are essentialy giving him the ability to fight more, spam q more and he basically wins for his teamfights.
