His passive will become even more worthless, but hey his attack speed was shit anyway and nothing scaled of AD

I don't recall the last time anyone done that in lane. My theory was to stop the "Start with a camp, back, then TP into lane with a cloth and flask."
Lt Cuddles1 votesI still see it, although not as much, people will usually go full AD runes/masteries, then cloth-5, I'm merely just brainstorming the reason, as I can't think of any other good reason for them to just up and nerf armor atm... :<
