Let us mute pings.

So tired of being chased by 3 people through the jungle just for some drooling moron to start pinging "Fall back" 8 times. Or better yet, when I am actively taking a tower and then Captain Dipshit starts spamming "attack" pings on it.

So tired of the "missing" spam every time anything goes wrong. I can't even trust missing calls anymore, because it's probably just some jackass spamming it on their teammates for missing a skill shot or something.

Oh, and lots not forget the old favorite; When a jungler is last hitting minions under tower that the laner would NOT GET BECAUSE HE DOES NOT HAVE TELEPORT AND DOES NOT HAVE THAT MUCH MOVEMENT SPEED. "FALL BACK. FALL BACK FALL BACK FALL BACK"

When people misuse chat, we can mute them.

Why can't we do the same when people misuse pings?

Chances are if I muted a players chat it's, because I know that no useful information will come from him. More often than not, pings are included in that.
