For the love of god, add a report option to champ select.

Except reporting people DOES do things. But you only get notified if it's YOUR report that leads to the ban which is why everyone seems to think reporting does shit imo.

Reporting is needed on both the champ select and the end game summary screen. People are the biggest jerks on those two screens because they believe they are not reportable offenses that can be verified. It shouldn't be hard for RIOT to transfer chat text down through the end screen so a report can be validated.

There's a thing called screen shots, and there's plenty of time to hit 1 or 2 buttons to do so. I have MS Paint pinned to my task bar for this very reason, that way if I need to take multiple screen shots I just click the icon a few times, hit paste, screen shot, open empty paint tab, paste, repeat. If I only need one then I take the screen shot and wait until I'm in the vs screen to put it into paint and save.

Same for the end game chat. After that you just upload to a image hosting site and either add them to the end game report OR send in a support ticket stating what happened with links to the images.

Please allow a Vote Disband, I have had over 5+ toxic match-ups today with players due to champion select, players not taking the game seriously games with 3-4 ADC's (USELESS Supports & Troll Junglers.) Please.

Some of us are seriously trying to advance but there is always just that one player in the game with us throwing hard by choosing a champion that completely does not benefit the team in any way.

Simple and short, I had a player telling me I couldn't tell them what to play in a game when I suggested they go something decent so I could play a tank cuz I would be the only one playing a tank on our team they refused, they started raging late game on me cuz we were going to lose (Zero Ganks from jungler.) enemy allowed to get way ahead even though I farm under tower , as a result we lose.

But before the loss they get raging at me for their loss and I was like you said you can play anything you like regardless of what anyone says so can I and then more threats to be reported cuz they refused to even try to setup a team comp.

Edit out of 5+ games even though I knew we were going to lose one of our games had like 4 ADC's we just played no one actually raged.

People in this thread: What does a report button at the start give you that a report at the end wont? Seriously, do we think that reporting people will just magically restart the game? If thats the case, get ready for people to start scapegoat reporting en mass to dodge bad champ selects. Otherwise, just report them at the end of the game if they dont go to their assigned role.

The problem with that is reporting someone during champ select isn't going to prevent the game from starting with the team you have. If anything, the team that otherwise would've worked would be on tilt if someone reported a teammate. I see a big abuse potential for trolls to spam report, watch ppl dodge cuz they know they're running into a troll, then laugh about it.

"hey guys i just picked support as 1. role to get into a gamer faster can i go mid pls?" uhm no im mid "well fuck you i just troll and feed your lane then enjoy your game"

yea we need a report button. and if someone says stuff like this the "instand feedback system" should just kick them out of the lobby. please riot.

If it can immediately kick someone and/or cancel the match without penalty, it can be abused. If it can't, it's no different from reporting after the match.

I agree we need a report option there are too many frigging trolls right now, and players who argue, and I can't dodge all the games because of the damn penalty, I have seen the most awful thing of having 3 matches where we had 3 or 4 ADC champions no joke, No Crowed Control at all, and throwing off games.

I had a Xinzhao come in my game tell me not to push, miss CS because of him, then he runs in my lane dives the tower and takes a perfectly good game that could have been won and throws the game for 3-4 of us other players.

It just feels like players are not taking the game seriously right now and something needs to be done about it, its rather annoying to have players doing RANKED of all things and not even trying it comes to the point of what is Riot going to do about this.

Like I am perfectly fine with off meta stuff, but if players are not going to be serious about it, or use their brain of why it might be of use to the team in any way at all, then this game is just absolutely hopeless.

Been muting people in about 80% of my games should be enough to say something.

I also think allowing people to queue up in ranked with 2+ players is also creating toxicity in some cases higher than usual.

there's nothing saying i cannot pick troll mundo whose going mix of ap and health and losing due to a lack of a real build and theres no way to avoid me if you even dodge once to a bad team comp .

it should only be in ranked, and there should be a monthly limit to how many reports you can have per month. this would be to avoid people getting upset for other people doing "fun" builds in normals, which is completely fine as long as they don't intentionally feed or flame. however, in ranked, these builds should not be encouraged since they are not as good as other builds, and so people shouldn't have to deal with that handicap. if someone is toxic for example, then they should be able to be reported. if there were 2 reports per month in ranked, you would be forced to save your reports. and of course if the person reported was punished, you would be given one more report for that month since you have shown you're not abusing it

I always thought it would be nice if there was an option to dodge as a team, like a 3 of 5 vote. That way if there is a troll and you are in promos you have the option to dodge as a team and no one get a counter. It may not work out practically but it was a good thought to me.

I will be seriously pissed if this is not an option in the new client.

Why would riot ever punish actual game-ruining behaviour? I think this is a troll post.

Been asking for something like this for years and Rito refuses. They also refuse to allow toxic players to be kicked out of champ select. It would be nice if 4 people voted to kick somebody in champ select they got a break from ranked like if you dodge. Would be so nice to be able to dodge games without penalty this way on crappy people before you have to sit in the game for 20+ minutes.
