The first three suffered heavily from the removal of Fervor. Yasuo actually went down to a 46% Winrate across all elos after Runes Reforged. Denying he was incredibly weak is foolishness.

Zed got hit by the Duskblade nerfs hard. I don’t care if you’re still traumatized by Season 6 80% Banrate Zed. That was then.

Lux I don’t know, but I don’t care about her either way. She tends to be an easy target for my champ pool.

Stop complaining about pubstompers and learn to play.

No one wants to learn to play a game with shitty balance.

Maybe if people learned macroplay and metaplay more (such as counterpicks, laning strategies, etc) then they'd complain less about the balance? The game isn't balanced so you always win lane. You gotta fight for it beginning with counterpicking.

Who hasn't heard that before?

Maybe you hear it much because it's the truth?

^ This mentality keeps any game from improving over time. Serve platitude and round and round it goes. The existence of a meta doesn't invalidate the fact that champs are found to be over tuned. Having frequented this board for long enough, I can say with some qualification that the amount of discussion that goes into the pick-counterpick/macroplay meta significantly lags behind everything else. You aren't a PhD of league, its not as complicated as you're trying to make it seem.

The game is never going to "improve" to the point of being "which team has the most mindless robots". There will always be macroplay and metaplay requirements if you want to play well.

You claim champs need to stop being buffed because they're overtuned, yet you provide no proof or arguments for that other than trying to claim that others "aren't a PhD" thus they must be wrong. League is a complicated game and always will be. If you want a mindless robot game, go to Runescape or another game where you can sit and click for days on end.

The yasuo trynd and yi are in overkill spot right now. The other two I don't think so, but haven't played vs a lux real recently. And grasp yasuo was extremely obnoxious before conqueror. He had options... just people don't respect when they pick a SCALING champion that they should have to... SCALE up before being able to win.

Yi is the classic case of... either we keep him balanced and he's mostly garbage in high elo due to exploitable weakness (fragile if cc'd for more than 1 sec) OR we make him good enough to be relevant in high elo despite his flawed kit and... he's completely broken in anything below diamond. We saw this with kalista and the nerfs she'd been given, we see this with garen, udyr, etc. But rather than fix the kit... they're either just left gutted, overly weak, or stupid broken strong. And knowing how to play against it is one thing. Getting a TEAM that also knows (or will LISTEN) how to play against him is another entirely.

Yo, just wanted to let you know I removed the first line there - we don't want to make situations more heated than they need to be. If you have any questions about this please do not hesitate to contact us in the Boards Moderation Discord server.

People play Trynd in bronze?

I wouldn't know. i play normals. The ranked matches are so bad, its hard to start and finish a game with 5 on your team.

I can see that. There are times when I wonder why I rank at all, due to how bad it can get. Though I press on, and embrace the silver lining that eventually surfaces above the muck.

I should also clarify that my post wasn't an insult, seeing as it was down voted almost immediately by others, to put it into perspective for others reading the comments. I meant my question as an actual question, noticing you were a literal Bronze ranked player. It's literally the same as if I were to mention some champions I almost never see as a Silver player. People need to calm down.

I've played 5% oit of 2k games in ranked. I really like the idea of getting into higher quality games so that I can get better, but the path through is too dependent on team win rate, not on individual performance for my liking I think.

I think that's why I feel almost reliant on duoing when it comes to ranked. Sometimes feels more like a handicap than a crutch, since I've become rather discouraged from just playing ranked by myself. Think back when I had the determination to solo through ranked, I just picked up on champions that felt like one tricks I could master. Still had my ups and downs, but it helped.

You forgot Aatrox . Remember earlier this season when everyone started spamming him and he STILL had over 50% winrate with half the people playing him for the first time ever? Yeah, but... community asked for it cuz... he's weak. I can't braindead win matchup... it actually takes skill and maybe some items. Boards do 1/3 of this stuff to themselves. Lethality last season was another case in point. Complain when it's in a decent spot, gets overbuffed, complain it's broken, gets nerfed back to where it was BEFORE the buff and then... everyone thinks it's ok.

The other 2/3rd's? That's all rito.
