They nerf'd her ult damage and reduced the up time on her Q. Its pretty noticeable, I'm not the greatest player by any means but you can't secure kills now unless you have a support (or team) that can lock down an opponent. Ashe wasn't that oppressive to play against, she was only strong because Riot nerfed other 'burst' marksman that had been dominating for a long time. No one complained then, don't know why it matters now. Her ultimate is a lot harder to land across the map compared to Jinx, Ez and even Draven. She's already really slow, you either need to position yourself perfectly or you're dead..pretty much 100% of the time. The lower up time on her Q, makes her less flexible and way more predictable, its way harder to time your Q's in extended fights; her Q just isn't up when its truly needed and really reduces her usefulness, if you notice an ashe auto attacking forever in the middle of a 5v5 its cause they have to restack their Q since its not gonna be there when your team really needs it. the lowered damage on her ultimate leaves a lot to be desired, even its used at the right time you aren't gonna secure a kill unless you get a good follow up. She was already a pain in the ass to play (crappy mobility, kiting being her only defense, easy to dive/delete). She's not my favorite but I've played her for a long time, and I can tell you with a lot of confidence that she's way more boring then she already was. She's way too reliant on teammates to consistently play her, unless you're Platinum or higher. She's a huge liability for teams at lower elo's and I wouldn't recommend using her. She was fun when you got a ahead, but the amount of work and stress you need to go through during a match to power her up just isn't worth it anymore; the nerfs don't make much sense since her mid game was so crappy that teams could erase her completely, even if she did snowball in lane. If you're looking for a marksman to carry games with, I highly recommend using someone different.
