Being reminded of another jungle item that promotes counter jungling and it failed.

May I remind you something that was far worse for jungling and it took up a jungle Item and made Smite very useless unless you had the balls to counter jung with no problem.
Aside from that, it's still pretty trash and kinda glad they removed it.
