Can garen's kit be a little bit less toxic please?

He's not the strongest champion but my god... he has a movement speed buff that removes slow and silences with no mana cost? and you're giving Evelynn a mana cost on her that only removes slows and gives her movement speed for less time? What is wrong with this picture... Why don't garen's skills cost HP at least considering the reason for evelynn's nerf.. you got this manaless champion with HP regen movementspeed click silence and a ranged execution skill... he's hella toxi.. rito you're looking at the wrong champs to deal with here. Evelynn is pretty trash after early game phase.

the difference is one can remain perma stealth and the other can't, evelynn kit is far more toxic then garens kit, that nerf is just riots way of saying we don't want evelynn to see competitive play again. besides garen was already nerfed a few patch back.

her stealth is meaningless because she has no reliable CC she's just damage and her damage is quite weak mid to late game. She only has those early game ganks but that's only if someone doesn't go into her jungle to bully her.

perma stealth is always incredibly strong, you might think she was weak based on the evelynn you faced, but champions function differently in certain elos, competitively speaking she was very strong, so they pretty much gutted her and continue to gut her because her kit is gimped.

She shouldn't be fighting 1v1 in her jungle early, she should usually gank level 2 and have a ward up to watch for an invade. Tell your teammates you plan on doing this so they don't shove if they aren't good divers. Telling them you'll gank level 2 if you get a good leash can also help you enter with more than half your health bar if you have trouble juggling aggro. If you rush Luden's, your damage will be quite high, but it of course depends on the enemy team and lead if it's viable. Rylai's makes it pretty easy to escape most 1v1 invades. If you do get invaded on before you level W, they are probably warding your creeps so you may need to ask your teammates for help with that.

She's a very strong jungler in the right hands and can single-handedly carry a lot of games. Just don't take all of the kills if you think the game will go long, and don't just split push if the other team groups since you'll have most of the gold.
