How do you deal with players like this?

I start a game get top, get into champ select and adc complains that he can't play adc whatsoever. I've already locked in quinn but offered to switch because he seemed like a good top laner. Game Starts, My support chooses malphite, takes ignite, grabs dark seal and farms. He wasn't new btw. I asked him to stop and he replied with a simple "Stfu"

I got first blood. all was well, until my jungler dived my laners under their tower literally 3 to 4 times. Top lost lane, Mid lost lane. We got camped, I lost hope. My team then began to all flame me once i died literally once to their junglers gank. After that, i decided to treat it like norms and went 6/15.

I don't care how wrong my actions seemed, I had every right to stop listening to them. I play league to have fun, not to get flamed by 4 idiots who die & then blame others for dying. this game is out of control toxicity-wise, it's gotten to the point where it's disgusting.

you report who you deem is worthy of the report. keep your mouth/chat shut so you dont get punished for what you say. and you move on and dont think twice about it

I had a game like that. they were all in comms or w/e and every time I died they'd flame me and tell me to uninstall and kms which was a grand total of four times after taking many of the enemy team with me and they all ran up and kept dying.

I just carried their sorry asses to victory and reported them all in the end screen.

I've actually tried this method. I type something like:

"oh yeasssssss flame me big boy your insults are getting me so hard you such a sadistic boy arent you punish me fuck me with your words"

and the flamers actually get grossed out and stop flaming.

both one of the funnest, and most efficient methods. if they call you out for being gay, homophobia is a zero tolerance policy. lel. they literally cannot win against that.

Not every game is winnable. Just report and move on.

If people are flaming you for ridiculous stuff just laugh at them. If some random stranger told you to go fuck yourself because you were wearing the wrong color shirt would you get pissed off at him? No, you'd probably find it hilarious because the person was being an idiot for freaking out over such a random thing. Same with league. When people act like idiots it should be funny to you, you shouldn't get offended by it.

You cannot win every game and of course sometimes you will get idiots in your team. What I find very interesting however is that they all started to flame you just because you died once. If they were 4 man premade and on skype mabe and trying to make you tilt or troll you I would see that but 4 random people flaming you at the same time; there has to be some information missing.

Mute and report. You're never going to convince these people that they are wrong.

Had an AD Kennen telling me he can't teamfight and must splitpush. I said (as Nami), "you need to ward if you are going to splitpush" and he responded with, "that's your job."

Ask anyone, AD Kennen can teamfight. His ult is still an AOE stun, so he's wrong. Is he better at splitpushing? Yeah. But if he's not warding, dying to 5 man ganks, and then complaining that we aren't taking Baron when they gank him because we're busy defending our Nexus towers from the super minions spawning in the 2 lanes he's not in, you'd think he'd realize there's something else he could do to help us. I told him, "we are in base, it will take us like 20 seconds to walk to Baron, and probably a minute to kill it. You need to either push safely and recall when they come for you, or buy us 1:20 to do all that when all 5 are attacking you. Without wards, we don't get that time cause we only see them when they are just getting to you." Again, I was told, "warding is your fucking job."

This type of logic is what you see a lot. "I'm perfect and my team is holding me back." Yeah, there are the few games when that's the case. Having AFKs makes the game incredibly hard. Having feeders makes the game incredibly hard. And yeah, it's possible to carry AFKs and feeders, but most of us can't. In games like this, sorta do what you did, but just don't feed. Just chalk it up to a loss, /mute all, and play the best you can.
