I really don't get it. I mean my health bar is higher than his. I count his CDs. and then before he does he uses his E and I get nuked and lose to him while all that DoT damage from his W is burning me. I really feel cheated by the game when I die to a fizz early game in lane.

He's an assassin, if you didn't get defense then he can kill you if you give him the chance

yes, he does damage, its not complicated so what solution do you use?

You shouldn't feel cheated. You should feel like you don't have a good grasp on just how much a champion's combo can potentially do and just how not lethal your own champ is should they decide to all in you.

If you were as good as C9 Hai, you'd have no problems with Fizz either.
