He has ok sustain when below 50 percent, average damage and can't really burst down towers due to his ghouls getting 1 hit.
The coolest thing about him is the split push, but aside from that enemy champs seem to always be able to dash out of the ring and 1 hit the ghouls before they cause any real harm.
Outside of laning he feels particularly lackluster. His damage is ok vs tanks, but relatively weak vs squishies for a juggernaut

Every champion in the game including Kalista has a 60 percent win rate or higher when played by the best players who main them. Bringing up a single video about Yorick does not make him a good champion. It simply means the player is very good, not the champion.
Example
Two warriors meet
1 is a highly skilled ninja with a katana, who has dedicated his life to a one hit kill technique
2-is a gunman who has only started training this year, he has no above average talent, but he is a OK shot.
The fight starts, the cow boy loses cause he missed.
This does not make the katana better than a gun, the gunman simply fucked up. This was completely on the warriors, not the weapon.

Out of the top 10 Best Yoricks only two have over a 60 percent win rate. There are other champions who's best players get even less.
If someone can reach challenger maining a specific champ, that champ isn't utter garbage.
