I feel that the Grevious Wounds effect should only be on the full Thornmail, not Bramble Vest.

Bramble Vest is 900g that gives a 1 second GW

Executioner's Calling is 800g and gives a 3 second GW

I think that the thorns passive should be on thornmail or they should lower the armor and cost to bring it down to 800g to be in line with EC.
