It's not like it would be a viable strategy to take the Nexus Obelisk down. So why not make it possible? No other stats should be changed, just make it targetable (and thus able to be destroyed). Let the community at least try!
It would still near inta-kill champions. Riot could also add some sort of small achievement for doing it, like 200 IP or something.

Lol, I could see why you would say that, but it's been quite a while since I've played lee. I actually main Skarner. But seriously, too many people think Lee sin is OP and he's not.
Edit: Okay, well it hasn't been that long since I've played him (about a month) but I sure as hell don't main him.
