New Cloud Dragon stack.
I read the patch notes and it says cloud dragon gives ultimate cdr without a cap. Ultimate hunter 25% 4 cloud drake 40% Base cdr 40% So more than 100% cdr for an ultimate? Is that true or i just misunderstood the notes?

You misunderstood. Ult CDR is multiplicative with regular CDR, and probably with itself. So it'd reduce your ult's CD by 40%, then by 40% of that, then 25% of that, for a total of 73% reduction.
Also, I do want to point out that 4 cloud require the first two drakes not to be cloud and for the enemy team to take both of them, then you need to grab all 4 clouds before the enemy team grabs 2 of them.
