At this point it's easier to first time champions in ranked, since at least I don't have to fight diamonds.

Normals MMR doesn't interact with Ranked.

Someone can have challenger MMR in ranked but never play normals so has like Iron MMR in norms.

MMR for ranked and normals is different. If you never play normals it's unavoidably going to have some weirdness in matchups.

If you want to play against ppl with Ur same skill, why don't just go to the queue designed to play against ppl with Ur same skill? Is it so difficult?
